Technologies have been developing throughout the history of mankind. People have been developing along with them. Technical progress has become one of the factors of natural selection and human evolution. People and countries that successfully master and apply new technologies gain a significant advantage in today's competitive world. Over the past 10-15 years, progress has accelerated at such a rate that most people simply do not have time to master one technology before the next one appears. Just recently, people tried to understand fluorescent lamps. They tried to understand the power and brightness of such lamps, comparing them with incandescent lamps. They were confused by the emerging shades of white light. And then LED lamps appeared. Even more energy efficient, with a large number of colors, with color adjustment, with remote control, built-in sensors.
Manufacturers, in the competitive struggle, try to improve their products in every possible way, introducing new and more complex technologies. At the same time, they practically do not give the consumer any information about the device and the processes that occur during its operation. As a result, people receive devices that they know almost nothing about. At best, the manufacturer provides brief instructions on how to use the product. Since the products that are currently being produced become obsolete very quickly, manufacturers do not strive to increase the service life of the product. If this product begins to work incorrectly or stops working at all, the manufacturer, as a rule, offers only one solution to such a problem - replacing the old product with a new one (often at the expense of the buyer).
As a result, the product on which the planet's and the consumer's resources were spent becomes garbage and waste. And the volume of such garbage is growing faster and faster every year.
As a result of such a policy and the lack of proper funding, the number of service centers and technicians who can help the consumer in such a situation is also decreasing.

Only a brief description in simple language of our experience gained in practice. This information will be useful for buyers of LED lighting, and repairmen who want to expand their skills and understand a new area. We hope that we can somehow help both people and the planet.
